With our backs firmly against the wall is it time for us to go out all guns blazing now in an attempt to reach the play offs. We can't go down so are we going to play three upfront and go for it or do we play like Saturday in the vain hope of clinging to a draw?
If I was Lee Richardson I'd be telling my players to be carefree now and just go for it, the plain fact of the matter is barring some performances we have to score two goals to win a match becuase we cannot rely on our defence to keep a clean sheet (only two in the last twelve matches). Jack Lester is scoring freely and hopefully just hopefully Jamie Ward can because a return of just five goals is disappointing for a guy of his talent. Steve Fletcher can be forgiven as he has never been prolific in his career but now his chance is here to bring others into play and hopefully chip in.
With everyone beating each other our chance isn't lost, but around the club we seemed to have taken our eye off the ball with the ground move etc, not that this should concern the players but I'm thinking more of funds being released to use for Wages to various players that we require. Fingers crossed we wait for the "experienced" player at the back that we cry out for.
We sit and wait in hope.
